Hey, all! I see a Krondor game on sale this weekend. I have not played RPGs much. I read many of the reviews and many folks really liked Krondor. Some reviews, however, mention bugs. Are all levels playable? Are some of the problems noted in the reviews fixed? Some level/chapter issues seemed to be a problem just a few months ago, if I was reading the comments correctly. Is it worth getting the Betrayal at Krondor Pack? Or will I not be able to play through?

Return to Krondor is also on sale. Some folks are saying that it is "linear". It sounds like they are saying that you can not roam around and explore like Betrayal games. Sounds like a few were disappointed in it as a sequel / follow up game. Would it maybe be good for a beginner's first game?
