So in the quest, where I collect the armor sets for the Lord, I have them but when I bring them to the house I get a reaction like I do not have them. What can I do to remedy this? Thanks

There are two requirements for the six suits of armor:
- They must be Standard Kingdom Armor. No other type will suffice. I'm not sure if enchantments are allowed.
- They must be of good enough quality. I do not remember the exact number; I think they need to be at least 60%.
