Hello,

I have been playing KQ MoE again and up to this point I had had no problems (went through Daventry w/o any problems, same with Realm of Death). Now I have come to the part where I take the mask piece (this problem had ocurred to me before) and the Henchman appears, says "The mask piece, it belongs to my master" and when he extends his spear, it freezes, my computer makes a sound and I can't do anything. Music keeps playing, but no action. The only thing I can do is press "Esc" and the game exits (no error message, nothing). I have searched the forum for answers and can't find anything. Could anyone please help me? I cannot attach save file; it says its too heavy.

Seems like most fo the suggestions either involve dropping the graphics done a notch like disabling shadows or running the game either either xp or 9x mode:

You need the shim and the re-encoded videos to play the game.

If it's still not working, I need more information (system details, error details, shim log file, and a save would be helpful)...
