Hi, i'm trying to play kq6 for speedrunning purposes and i'm having a major issue where it will crash to the desktop without warning. It seems to happen twice during a run pretty regularly (i've only done two full attempts so far). One after climbing the cliffs of logic and walking to the next screen where the birdmen pick you up to go talk to the king and queen of the isle, and the second after beating the minotaur, seeing the oracle and heading for the isle of mists, where it crashes after being carried off to be executed. i also ran into a third crash this afternoon in the ending sequence.

I don't know how to fix this problem and I tried looking at dosbox's config program, but was told to open it from the start menu, which i couldn't find any way to do. Please help me because i love this game and hate these crashes.

You can try locate the DosBox configuration file in the directory where you installed KQ6. Open the file with Notepad and take a look. I have had to adjust some of settings in DosBox to get my games to work the way that I would like.

No, I don't get any messages, it just crashes straight to desktop with no warning

Open your resource.cfg file in the installation directory (use notepad). What does it show for SoundDrv and AudioDrv?

I faceing the same crash bugs to but this happens as soon as I get thrown into the catacombs.

Once the game did crash when I approached the Snap Dragons in the Garden but that only happened once.
