Is anyone else crashing before getting to the main menu after going back to title screen?

Start game
once loaded press any key to get to main menu
then press the back button on the bottom left.
Press any key again to try and get back to the main menu
then it crashes (cannot mount /dlc returned generic. check installation) then it drops to the desktop.

Game does run but if I get back to initial splash screen after loading the main menu it will 100% crash every time. I am guessing this needs a patch.

Edit: Oh this is for v1.7a with the new DLC installed.

Never had this one. I'll tell you what I do and hope it helps. What I do is hit the space bar once the game says, hit any key to continue. Game loads, but I don't touch any other keys. Perhaps you could hit return or space to load the game. Let it load without hitting any other key? Try that. Let's know how you go.
