Really enjoying this game so far but I've hit a wall trying to figure out the combination to the safe. I've tried way too many combinations already from my obviously incorrect interpretations of the related poem.

I'm at a point where I just want move on and so would rather just have the combination rather than a hint. Halp!

Thanks!

I looked up a walkthrough after finishing the game to see if there was a way to come up with those numbers aside from the poem, and it referred to a location I could've sworn was greyed out at the time.
If you mean the cemetery, that is always accessible.
Well, it wasn't accessible after opening the safe at least. I just opened a save game to check. Could be a bug I suppose.

Could you try to reproduce it?
I guess I could play the game again, or at least load an early save game and go from there.
Wait a sec. So you put in the code, and tried to go to the cemetery afterwards? That should not be necessary, and it might indeed have been greyed out.
I've double checked in the code, the cemetery location should not grey out before the safe is opened :)
Good to know. The reason I tried to go there afterwards was to verify its connection to the bible notes but it makes sense that it was disabled. I can't believe I missed it. I guss I wanted to progress with the story so bad that I failed to see the obvious. That, and the fact that I'd been playing from 23:00 to 3:00.
