I can't figure out how to setup a co-op game with this but it clearly says it supports it. How do I invite a friend?

I think it's local only. From what I've heard, you have to have two controllers (or a controller in addition to the keyboard & mouse) plugged in, then press start on the second controller on the menu or something.

Bummer. I'm adding a request to the features list to differentiate between local co-op and networked co-op.

Yeah, GOG's mutiplayer categories are not helpful at all.
