Just won for the first time, after hundreds upon hundreds of marines died in attempt after attempt (Now to try a different class).

-Thoughts-
*Red Armor PBA + 5 dropped repair kits over the course of the run was key (one of which I accidentally used early, instead of a medpack). B-mod stretched it's usable lifespan, and A-mod let me use my ammo more efficiently (I was down to 60ish 7.62 and ran out of rockets at one point.)
*Trading my Chaingun P3 for the Adv Chaingun (which had 20% critical and 50% critical damage) was a good move, since it let me occasionally 1-shot ravagers.
*Rocket Launcher B3 and 1.5 stacks of rockets made the summoner pretty easy.
*Reload Dance is a trait taken once one has reached Io, not before. If taken before, one can't use the residual ammo in dropped weapons to save ammo (which is occasionally needed to preserve ammo if the RNG spanws the wrong set of humans and ammo chest rolls don't work out). OTOH, if you're fighting against four ravagers at the same time (I can make some pretty poor tactical choices), not having to take the time to reload the chaingun or rocket launcher is the difference between life and death.
