Short, simplistic brain dead AI enemies and straightforward gameplay. Even its "Judge" mechanic that allows for the player to arrest criminals can be completely bypasses without affecting the outcome of the game. Very disappointing to see this game on a site called Good Old Games. This game wasn't even up to 2003 FPS standards when it was originally released. Save your money and skip this one, there are far better FPS to choose from like Duke Nukem 3D, Far Cry or Painkiller.

Totally agreed. I was very disappointed and wondered if I was playing the same game as everyone else. Even the multilayer component was sluggish and boring.

It may not be good, but it's still extremely funny if you play it co-op. You'll have the most fun by messing around with each others, thogh. That, and experience every glitch this game has to offer.
