I'm not sure if I'm just missing the right time of day or something, but I've yet to meet Keith in Cambria or the shopkeeper in Grumm (electronics).
Will they be influenced by me stealing whatever I come over when I took the sector?
I have met them in earlier games, but that was literally years ago :)
