The site mentioned in the title had pretty much all the tools needed to mod this game, with no backup anywhere as absurd as it sounds

Now with a "time machine" database i was able to recover some tools from old archives, included the savegame editor BUT

A small tool pretty much fundamental to mod the game, 'SAC Utils' is missing and i was unable to recover it in any way

This small tool allow to extract the complete savegame information from a .sac file and then edit it with the gff editor, like style and technique data and game flags condition...

Does anyone has this tool on their hard drive?
