darthgrimm: Thanks for your answer. However, while I have Windows 7, I did not installed in Program files.

do you think the game is not able to create his save directory in Program files ?
try to remove all your saves from 'save' directory (move them somewhere safe) and try again. If it works, it would mean that one of your older saves is corrupt.
