help me I can't, jump, on every mission, & I feel driving a tank, the car is so heavy
whats going on ? is that a bug , anyone as the same problem ?

This is a common problem with running the game on fast modern processors. For fixes, look at the two sticky threads in this forum. Many players have had a lot of luck using the fanmade launcher, and there are other fixes liseted in the workaround thread.
