hello, what can i do in that room, i cant found anything, there is a pentacle in the floor but i can do anything...

If you can't click on the pentacle and this is the first fallen angel you are chasing, then you need to talk to cardinal Letti before and/or archbishop Laurentius.
Archbishop Laurentius should give you a book detailing the ritual.

Yeah and after doing so you should be able to click on the wall with all the skulls besides the pentacle to enter the Kingdom of Sin.

he asked about act 1, you have to click on the pentagramm there.

If he is really in act 1 he can't do anything in the room with the pentagram on the ground in level 3 of the iron mines. ;)
