Hello, Brothers! I'm sorry for asking this question before read all of the topic, but...

My problem is when cut-scenes is playing i'm just see the black screen, but I can hear sound. This also applies to the loading screen where is logo appears CRIEMAX.
I suddenly not able to see it anymore. I tried to check files with steam if something is missing, but no problem was found.
After, I decided to delete the game and download it again - problem is still here.
Please help me!

You should provide more information about your system (OS, hardware, etc.).

dr.schliemann: You should provide more information about your system (OS, hardware, etc.).
My OS is Windows 10 x64
Intel Xeon CPU X3440 2.53GHz 3.03 GHz
RAM 8Gb
NVIDIA GeForce GTX760

I don't think it's really important, I mean trouble isnt in my hardware nor in OC, because before yesterday everything was alright.

If you need some more information then ask again please!

Are you using Galaxy to download and subsequently play? If so, try downloading the offline installers and then installing somewhere like C;\GOG Games and then play without Galaxy and see if that helps. Galaxy has been known to cause problems.

Instead I think that it is impossible to help someone who provide no information at all about their system.

About the problem with the game, considering that everything used to work without any problem in the past, I think that the issue may have been caused by a Windows update or maybe a video driver update.
I don't think I can help you, but I'd try setting the game to run in compatibility mode for Windows XP.

Considering that you are in the GOG forum, you are supposed to know what Galaxy is and you are also supposed to own a GOG copy of the game, and that's what Pajama probably thought.
Galaxy is the GOG client.

If the game still doesn't run correctly even in compatibility mode, I suggest you to try asking for help in the Steam forum, if you already haven't, because the Steam version of the game could be slightly different from the GOG one.
By the way there is a very useful thread in the Steam forum with possible solutions for the technical issues with the game: I strongly suggest you to check it, if you haven't already.

Brian Sirith reported the same issue on Steam about a week ago. It does seem like it could be related to a Windows update or a video driver update as dr.schliemann suggests. I am also using Windows 10 with an NVIDIA card (GTX 750 Ti) and videos play fine in my GOG version. I have now installed a Steam version of Inquisitor and everything is still all right. If you do not want to experiment with Windows / video card updates you may watch all videos from Inquisitor on YouTube (links are in the Steam thread linked above).
