Well i got a couple of quests from the paladins in the citadel surroundings the only problem is when i got back to this map all of them were dead.Is this supposed to happen or a bug?

Generally speaking, NPCs can get killed by all those hellish monsters out there in Inquisitor.
Yeah, I destroyed south east Alvaron by bringing a horde of werevolves charging after me. Repeatedly I might add, :)

Yes, you can revive NPCs with console commands. Naturally, it's better not to try to abuse this possibility as it could lead to some breakdowns later on... Anyway, what NPC exactly would you need to bring back? If you don't know his name, it will be more complicated and I would need your latest save, with you standing at the location of that dead NPC you want to revive, that I will have to send to developers.

Brian de Gawais (main quest!)
Corin Morray (main quest!)
Kirk von Haubersacht (side quest)

I finished the quest for Corin cant remember what quest Brian gives but dont have anything in my quest book.I have the sword for Kirk von Haubersacht but he is dead so right now i only need him revived

Brian is the paladin who wanted to kill Corin so you don't need him anymore. ;)
