I get the Quest from Dieter, rescued Tom, killed Rowan, completed quest The Missing Sister, but Dieter has no dialog about Missing Girls...

The same problem with quest Killing Zombies. I killed all zombies in sewer, burned Harph, but can't finish quest...

Problem solved with old savegame

To complete the quest from Dieter von Gelbendiel, you need three testimonies (from Alphonso DiCerbio, Johaness Clifford and Rowan van Leerin) and you also need Duke van Leerin's Diary.

To complete this quest, you need to kill a certain number of zombies in the sewers (at least 46, to be precise).
