1. Can you finish Act 1 without torturing anybody? I arrested both Sam Riemann and Edmond Darvias, the baroness is dead, and I completed all quests except for the spider in the Iron mines, I think. at least all the ones I got.

2. How do you get a skill point from the genies?

i think you can get only attribute points from genies.

2. Say u need nothing from him, and u got 1 skill point.

1. You have to torture Sam Riemann.
2. If you release the genie without any special wish he will reward you. That reward is chosen randomly by the game (skill or attribute points or something else).

It was said here a dozen times (heck, I even did it)
