I need some of these for a mission. Is there an actual item with that exact name, or will Caviar suffice?

I think you're on the right track with Caviar. The cheap foods are soy, ersatz coffee, grain, stuff like that. The luxury foods are everything else. The cutoff, I think, is 3,000 CR but don't quote me on that.

There are a couple other trades similar to this, where you need to make some assumptions. I think there is something like "Construction Goods" which includes girders and similar items, and there might be another one like that.
