But I've a Logitech Laying around, Keybinder is some Antediluvian tier stuff, would anyone happen to have a keyboard+joystick configuration?

GOG has included the mouse control profile into the game. You can activate it in the settings.

If there's no profile for your Logitech on i-war2.com we probably don't have one. The Keybinder is not that hard. The old one is a little more userfriendly than the new one. Sure, the game has a lot of buttons to configure, but it's not that hard to set up, only time-intensive.
