Whenever I try to go from Lucrecia's base to Samarkand L-point, I die in transit for no reason AFAIK. Anyone know what the problem is?

I am still in Chapter 1.

It happens also on my way from Jackson's Yard to the Brotherhood Ark in Chapter 2. This problem in either case is reproducible.
