What is the breakdown of how many units of ammo or missiles are in a single cargo pod? Also, how do I check how many units are inside my ship at a given time? Thanks.

Been a while since I played...
When you select your missiles as the active weapon, the HUD should show how many you have (top-left corner, IIRC). Ditto the cannon ammo when you select that weapon. Not sure about the current status of the T-Fighters.
