Hi. I wonder whether there is any way of using the tools you make, appart from selling them?

Also, concerning the technical specialist units: Engineer, prospector, rancher... ¿Is there any way of recycling them when you do not have any more use for them for a while?

You can disband units, but not sure if they will get recycled, never paid attention to this :D

Tools, I must admit, I don't remember anymore. The manuals show them as a dead end and IIRC right yes they are only for selling.
Tools are to show consumer goods vs war goods. Guns or Butter. So no, Tools are only for sale.

Thanks, that was what I had assumed. Still, I wondered what determined the demand of consumer goods by other countries, since they are not usable by the player's country.

Thanks. It would be nice to get the third echelon worker back! :)

Hello,

To answer your question regarding civil units, once the unit is dissolved you recover instantly (ie in the same turn) an expert worker (dark blue color).

Thanks! It works!

It might come handy sometimes. Good to know all the options at our disposal.

Carradice,

if you could then mark the above mentioned post as solution, I think would be most fair :D
