This is rather odd...

I go to try and get prospectors or light infantry recruited, both of which are in the upper righthand corner of their respective unit recruitment screens.

Even though I have adequate resources for the recruitment, I can;t add units by clicking the arrow keys.

Very strange.

I assume with "having the ressources" you also mean that you have sufficient unoccupied workers to do so?

Very strange.
There is also something that bugs the creation of civil units: if we use a software like "Artmoney" to modify the sum
of your cash, several turns after the cursor to create units (at the University) ends up no longer working.
