Hello everyone!
1. Is it possible to get the Iron Collar mercenaries to get up off their rears? The manual has two paragraphs suggesting (at least to me) that you could:
"Charisma Based Skills: Charisma-based skills, like Bluff, Intimidate, and Diplomacy, will allow you to
reap greater financial rewards from quests in Targos as well as short-circuit some quests simply by persuading
people to let you do things “your way.” You won’t lose any experience by doing things this way - in fact,
you’ll be rewarded for using your Charisma-based skills to bend the quests you encounter to your will.
Stubborn NPCs: Some of the folk in Targos are as stubborn as a mule. If you can’t get them to help you, or
if you can’t convince them of something, you may want to switch to a high Charisma or Intelligent character
and let them do the talking." (Page 34)
I could never get them to leave during the initial goblin invasion (the one at the docks). Only during the second goblin attack I'm able to convince them.
2. Is it possible to compensate the woman who owns the shop in town? When you get to the warehouse there is a dialogue option that says you'll do that. But I think I might've missed it every time I get to her.
