I am attempting to create my party, and re-rolling all the time, to at least get in the high 80s, or low 90s to create my party has become quite a chore. Rather than continually hitting re-roll, I looked online, and found a trainer, or so I thought, in an attempt to modify the stats from a saved game. (I tested it using the pre made party, starting the game, and saving it.). Unfortunately, it did not work, and it appeared others had the same issue.

Is there a way to edit the stats (strength, dexterity, etc.) with a saved game?

Edit: I forgot to mention the game! It is IWD EE.

Thanks all.

1. Try EE keeper.

2. With cheats enabled, you can use Alt-8 (IIRC) on the character creation screen to set all stats to 18/00. (At least in BG2, don't remember if I tried it in IWD:EE, but it should work there.)

3. The stat boosting books from Baldur's Gate 1 are in the game's data. Use cheats to obtain some, and then read them to boost your stats. (This is also true of the Classic Edition.)

Note that, when creating characters, you don't *have* to spend all your stat points. This can be useful if you use method 2, but don't actually want your characters to have all 18s.
Thanks!! I will give it a try. I appreciate the reply.
