Does Icewind Dale come pre-patched? That being said, do all GOG games come prepatched?

Yes, all GOG games come patched to the latest official patch, unless a patch is known for bad things.

And that is another reason why I love GOG. I have IWD1 hard copy for Mac and It was weird I needed a patch just to create characters.
