Some of the female voice files are missing all the male ones there but some female ones are not whats going on O_O?

There aren't as many female voice sets as there are for males. Which ones do you think are missing?

I've found that I can only hear some voices at certain times, as if I can only listen to 2/3 in any one party creation.
