Brosius: Hey,

I do not understand one thing, cloud saving is on but I cannot reach my save files.
I installed the game, double checked it for any updates, did an install verification and still nothing.
No save file download onto my laptop though I played like 36 hours with the game.

Is there any way to get the save files without actually getting them from the other machine? (Which I cannot do as I moved to another country)

wongheiming: Did you use Galaxy to play before moving?
Saves should be auto sync with cloud when open / close game via Galaxy.

Brosius: Yes I did use it before too, this is why I don't understand what can be the problem.

wongheiming: How about "More" > "Backups & Goodies" > and download the cloud save backup manually?

Brosius: There is no option for that. I guess bye bye save files?

wongheiming: Oh.. I didn't notice you mentioned enhanced edition.
There is no cloud save support for IWD EE yet.
Can't you ask someone send the save files for you?

I can, but I will get them only next weekend then :D
I will just start over I think so.
