For some reason the DaleKeeper will save the edited files, but when I turn on the game to load them up I cannot see them in the load screen at all. I did not run the two programs at once so I know that cannot be it. Am I doing something wrong?

If you're using Vista or Windows 7 are you running Dalekeeper as Administrator ?
