Hi, I am wondering if anybody can tell me how to activate this game on Steam so that I can launch all of my games from one spot? Or, at least, tell me where I can find the CD Keys for my purchases. Thank you very much for your time.

As far as I'm aware, you can't. The games didn't use CD keys, so there are none to be had.

If you want to launch this from Steam, just choose "non-Steam game" from the "add a game" menu and choose the exe.
