I downloaded what I would expect to be English (I'm in America) but for some reason this game is stuck in what I think is Spanish or Portuguese. How do I change it back?

Try re-downloading it. Switch the language to German and back to English. The link in the shelf should end with en1installer1 and the correct filename is setup_i_have_no_mouth_and_i_must_scream_2.0.0.7.exe.

Thanks. I didn't realize the problem was so early in the process. I've never had to switch language before so now I know where the option is. Much appreciated.
