can anyone give me details of the 'making of' bonus content? i already have this game and am curious if it would be worth purchasing.

The Making of is a PDF file consisting of three pages that tell the story on how the game was made.

I read it and I'm pretty sure it's just the press release for the game. It's not an after-the-fact documentary type thing. It mostly just talks about how Harlan Ellison worked on it and how it's way edgier than other titles of the time.

Probably not if you already own the game (just use DOSBox with your copy) and don't care about the OST.
