Today I was on my NG+ run, following the East route, and then I got to the part where the Caped Drifter is and a small cutscene plays.

So good so far, but trying something with my mobility, I managed to die, and getting the same cutscene again, I noticed he was coughing, and when I spoke to him, more squares on the map appeared (duplicated).

Did this 2 more times, and he died and left me his awares and 4 squares in each spot of the map.

Did this happen to anyone else?

That bug was fixed 4 days ago on the steam version. Still no patch for the GOG version for whatever reason.
