I noticed three bars and thought that was it, then I had a character reach a rank of one diamond. What other ranks are there?
It appears that the higher the rank, the more damage they do. Is that it?

Hi,
I know that all soulcatcher units have their specialty and they get a bonus when assigned to that task.
I'm not sure about medals and ranks though.
