I'm a little confused.

You said you used Galaxy 1 for a long while, but then you said games worked fine offline, so I assume you didn't use galaxy after all.

Then, you proceed saying that horizon was crashing (so, you were playing online after all?) and updated to Galaxy 2 then what?

Do you play through galaxy with internet ENABLED? Is internet enabled the first time you launch Galaxy? If not, try to close and restart galaxy (clicking X is not enough).

Achievements are not broken for HZD. Your config is.

Also, I get the feeling there is a very very simple step we are missing here. You did not respond to my suggestion to look into the firewall.
Have you bothered to read the whole thread? Did you already try/check this one?

I'm about to stab Hades with Sylen's lance in a NewGameplus. 1500 hours into it.

I've never really got into achievements. Until this playthrough. And now at the end where all that's left is stab Hades and
the movie segments. I still have 2 Sobeck achievements to get.

From this point on I don't think I can look at the achievements anymore until after the question do I wish to continue the game again from "Looming Shadow" Which had the two achievements missing still

Got it sorted:

I skipped the visit both defensive sites:

Also didn't realize the Sobeck datapoints were the "repaired" ones of what I already had collected.


So, a full board now:

Only Frozen Wilds to do.

After ~70h before NG+ I wanted to get the achievements out of the way. Turns out 3 of them are bugged for me. Reported a ticket to GOG (1516312), we'll see if anything changes.

Achievements that did not unlock for me:
- All Recon machines killed
- 7 types of machine overridden - I did more than 7 types, no success
- All Tallnecks Overridden

Please fix.

[edit: after ~48hrs] ticket is resolved, at lease for me, support unlocked the 3 remaining achievements, manually I presume, but that's good enough for me, thx
