After today's update the game has been having problems with performance and graphics. With V-sync disabled the screen tears a lot, with V-sync enabled the game lags in various situations (for example while getting hit). This happens no matter what graphic quality I choose. Also I didn't have any problems before, so I assume the problem occurs due to the newest patch.

I'm experiencing bugs after the last update as well. Achievements are broken in main menu (the list appears to be empty, despite I already completed the game and got the true ending). And each time I use a bench, the list pops up in the lower left part of screen. I reported the problem to developers and through discord, but I doubt it'll get fixed anytime soon, considering it's a gog sort of thing. As for the graphic problems, I wouldn't know. V-sync is meant to get rid of tearing but requires more resources. Try to lower the screen resolution and enable it.

Unfortunately lowering the screen resolution doesn't help - lags still happen no matter how low it is. I reported my problems on the discord too - people suggested that I can simply uninstall the newest update. I did it and the game returned to normal, so I guess this solution is the best for me until new patch is released.

I also had t his problem, uninstalling GOG galaxy fixed it.

I have an empty achievement list after patching from version 1.4.3.2 to 1.5.75.11827. I don't use GOG Galaxy and have never installed it.

I've never even installed GOG Galaxy and my achievement list is still broken, I don't think that's the case.
Also I seem to get the same achievement multiple times (Charmed whenever I sit on a bench for instance).
