Hi all!

The game runs fine on my Windows 98 machine. I use tool to extract the files from the Installation file.

I am now trying to get 3dfx Glide mode going on the Windows 98 machine. But I never used nGlide. When someone installs nGlide, what files are modified? How does nGlide work?

I am hoping by removing some files or editing a config file I can make the game use the real Voodoo.

Thank you!

Hi, sadly I hadn't seen this thread before and you're probably not looking for help anymore but just in case (perhaps for other users with the same question):

Anyway, you were right on the money. All you have to do is (probably) removing the glide2x.dll in the game's folder. Once that one's removed the game should be using the original Glide libraries installed on your system again.

Hi there!

Thanks for the reply. It turned out to work exactly like that :)

Got quite a few glide games to work that way on a W98 machine with real Voodoo card :)
