Am I doing something wrong here? I begin mission 1, kill the guard taking a leak outside the complex, don his suit, but for some reason this does jack squat. I already know how running in front of guards will alert them, but I'm not sure what's the deal with my disguise not working even when I'm walking. Is this a bug, or are there different tiers of guard outfits?

Character relations play a role, so mob guys will see through your mob disguise more easily. If you grab the delivery guy's outfit for example, you'll have less trouble being detected.
