I know no one these days read manuals but me, but I hope gog will do something about that horrible scan of the h&d2 manual (I did not check the one for h&d1). At least run it through some filter that improves the contrast or something. It is a bit cute that it looks like someone just put the paper manual on a table and photographed it with an old smartphone, but readability is really bad unfortunately. Blurry black text on blurry grey paper with a lot of noise. Was the manual printed in colors to deliberately make it difficult to copy or something?

The scan is good, it's the original manual which was already almost unreadable.
However, yes, the scan should be enhanced to make up the flaws of the paper manual.

What does the v4 fix do? Thanks for the manuals btw. I also have the boxed version but my manual has a very feint looking font - yours is much better.

They really do need to do something about the manual. It looks like utter crap. Seems lazy of them.
