Is that possible to play either Heroes2 or 3 in windowed mode? how?
Im using windows 7, 64 bits, And honestly I cant find that option :( Normally was on the TAB of compatibility mode, but not this time, is like "gone".

Assuming that the HoMM2 on here is the DOS version (or includes it), I think you should be able to run it windowed in DOSBox.

Vorax

Heroes 2: Alt + Enter
Heroes 3: set desktop color depth to 16-bit, run the game and press F4

And btw there are several topics about windowed mode in here. No offense, though.

It's also possible to run Heroes 3 in windowed mode without changing your desktop color depth by using this patch.
