I downloaded the game fine but when I launch it it just spins for a little while and then I get an error that the game has stopped working. No details pop up on the error. It just says something has caused the game to stop working and asks to send an error report to microsft. Has anyone had any issues along these lines?

People might be able to help you better if they knew WHICH game you were playing. This forum is for all the Heroes of Might and Magic games, so you need to specify if it's Heroes 1, Heroes 2, Heroes 3, etc.

We also need to know which operating system you're using, and whether you're running the game as an administrator.
