I tried to find a topic via search function about this, alas. Does anybody here have a clue where to find the original homm II/III/IV desktop icons? Thanks!

How about Homm1? its icon isn't in exe file

Hmm... First of, GOG versions is DOS-only rip-off. Second one - some title have disc image cue+bin (or gog+game renamed extensions). But not sure if there is full WIN version there. And so it can be with empty exe-icon too.
Localised builds looks like WIN-only as it should be. Or some of localisation's.
