I'm new to HOMM3 and I can't figure out how to get armies from garrisons into my hero's army. I'm not talking about castle garrisons - no problems there - I'm talking about the garrisons placed at choke points that you can leave troops at. I can deposit troops there, but I can't pick them back up.

Is this a bug, or am I doing something wrong? Or is this actually how it's supposed to be?

In some scenarios the garrison armies are locked into the garrisons. This is probably done for balance reasons, as being able to combine all the garrison forces at the start and rush the enemy would make things way too easy.

Basically it is a matter of one tickbox in the map editor, as shown on the pic.
