Plokite_Wolf: They change the way the executable works a bit through their own DLLs, with the edits mainly oriented towards rendering issues, bugfixes and feature additions, but it just might fix the control problem you're having.

Mike_Slominski: I recently installed the game and had a problem with the keyboard and the mouse stopping working after I tried loading a save game. I did some screw around and found that the input
Cfg. File had disappeared from my saved game directory. Actually took me a minute to find the saved game directory because it's not in the same directory as game files. I had to use the windows search function and Look for .sav . Then I had to select files until I found the correct directory that had my heroes of might and magic 5 profile. Once I found that I was able to copy the input. CFG file from the game's main directory into my player profile directory and Bam! Keyboard and mouse started working and properly to control the camera.
