Hello there, I'm trying to run this on a 3440x1440 monitor I have downloaded and installed the HD+ mod but there's some weird scailing issues going on, I have run through most of the settings on the launcher but I still can't seem to get it right,

I'll attach an image to show you what I mean, any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Edit; for some reason the image I keep attaching continually disappears for no reason, even though I'm editing this for the second time I have attached the image 3 times now, why it isn't showing up is also beyond me.
