What's wrong with save games in HoMM5? It looks like that it saves fine but when I try to load there's nothing to load. I can't locate the save files on the disk anywhere? Anyone else having the same issue?

I'm running it on a win7 pro (64bit) VM with parallels8 from a mac host.

I have a similar problem with no solution so far. I'm on windows 8.1 and whenever I try to save, it acts like it's saving, then when I open up the load menu there's nothing there. Note this is specifically for HoMM5, In hammers of fate and tribes of the east the saving works fine.
