Hope this is all right to mention here since FHeroes2 requires a legal copy of HOMM2. Post has a plug for the GoG Gold Version. This is not Pirate ware.

The post from StevenAus farther down the page in the link above provides a list of all the wonderful new features of fheroes 2.
