Sometimes old games are good just because of nostalgia. Sometimes they're good because they're actually timeless. Heroes 2 and 3 are a rare case that falls into the latter - I didn't get into IV as much, and V was a disappointment for me.

Here's hoping that someone will always find a way to make Heroes 2 and 3 compatible with hardware and software of the times. It would be a shame for these titles to eventually be lost.
