I have tried joining multiple games and each one hangs on a black screen and never loads. :( I am running the most recent patch. Anyone else having this issue?

So just to help inform others. I have realized that the issue is not with me being able to connect. The issue is others connections are causing the game to freeze. If you are on a black loading screen, and next to each name there are white dots, the people with the least dots and or no dots are actually causing the problem. The whole game is linked to the weakest connection in the party.
